Every city we carry homes in

Our listings come from a single MLS, MLSListings, which is built on Santa Clara, San Mateo, Santa Cruz, Monterey and San Benito counties. Right now it holds 4,121 active homes across 267 cities — a partial view of the market rather than all of it.

The 103 cities below are the ones we hold at least 5 homes in, with the number beside each, so a link leads to a browse rather than to a single house. We publish medians only at 20 homes and up, so every city in the first band carries a market snapshot on its own page; the markets table ranks the largest of them side by side.

A further 164 cities hold fewer than 5 homes each — 285 homes between them. They are not listed here because a directory entry implies more to look at than one or two houses, but they all have pages and search reaches every one of them.

Counts are active listings in the MLSListings feed, refreshed hourly. They are what one MLS carries, not every home for sale in a city.
