Support

Buying a home is not a self-service product, so neither is our support. Call the number below and you get a person, not a ticket number.

Questions we have already answered

If your question is about how GoReal works rather than about your own account, one of these probably answers it faster than we can:

  • Pricing — what the $5,000 flat fee covers, when it is paid, and where the savings come from.
  • How it works — searching, touring and closing, start to finish.
  • First-time buyer guide — the whole process, in the order it happens to you.
  • Mortgage calculator — what a given price actually costs per month.
  • Market stats — median prices, $/sqft and inventory for 40 Bay Area cities.

Your account

Most of this you can do yourself, and it is quicker than writing to us:

  • Can't sign in — reset your password. If you originally signed up with Apple or Google, use that button on the sign-in page rather than a password.
  • Change your name or email — your profile.
  • Too many emails, or not enough — your saved searches control every alert we send: each one has an Alerts on/off switch, and deleting a saved search ends its alerts too.
  • A tour you asked for — your tour requests. To change or cancel one, call: a showing involves the listing side too, so it is not something a button can undo.
  • Delete your account and its data — email us from the address on the account and say so. What we hold and how long we keep it is set out in our privacy policy.

Something is wrong with a listing

Listings on GoReal come from the MLS (MLSListings) — the price, the photos, the room counts and the description are the listing brokerage's, not ours. So a report is worth making, and where it goes depends on what is wrong:

  • If we are showing it wrong — a stale price, a home that has sold, photos on the wrong listing, a map pin in the wrong place — that is ours to fix.
  • If the MLS record itself is wrong, we can't correct it at the source; we pass it to the listing brokerage, who can.

Either way, email hello@letsgoreal.com with the MLS number (it is on every listing page), the address, and what looks wrong. A link to the page is even better. We route data complaints and takedown requests through the same inbox — say so in the subject line and it will be treated as one.

A bug, or something you can't use

Tell us what you were trying to do, the page you were on, and what happened instead. On a phone or a tablet, the device and OS version help; on a computer, the browser. If you can, include the URL — it carries your search, so it reproduces exactly what you saw.

If something is unusable with assistive technology, that is a priority and not a nice-to-have: see our accessibility statement for what we hold ourselves to and how to report a barrier.

The GoReal iPhone app

The iPhone app is in beta. If you are testing it, the fastest useful bug report names the screen you were on, your iOS version and device, and what you expected to happen — send it to hello@letsgoreal.com, or use TestFlight's own Send Beta Feedback, which attaches a screenshot for you. The app and this website read the same listings and the same account, so your favorites and saved searches are the same on both.

Fair housing

If you believe you have been treated unfairly in a housing transaction, tell us — and know that you can also go outside us. Our fair housing commitment explains the law, what we will not do, and where to file a complaint independently.
